Abhiaya Express may assist with urgent errands and medical transportation services, but it is not a replacement for professional emergency services such as Ambulance (102/108) or Police (100).
Customer charges and Seva Mitra payouts shown on the website are standard service rates designed for affordability and fair earnings. Rates may vary due to operational requirements, special approvals, weather conditions, or bulk orders.
Loyalty rewards, peak-hour bonuses, and performance incentives depend on the active working status and performance tracking of the Seva Mitra through the mobile application.
Lifetime pension bond facilities and welfare benefits are managed under the Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust Network. These benefits remain subject to separate eligibility criteria, terms, and conditions defined by the Trust.
Abhiaya.com shall not be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays due to weather, traffic, technical issues, or personal interactions between customers and Seva Mitras.
Although verified personnel are prioritized for service quality and safety, parents and guardians are encouraged to exercise standard caution and supervision wherever necessary.
