Yes, every Seva Mitra undergoes mandatory police verification, discipline training, and customer care orientation before being allowed to serve.

For Applicants (Seva Mitras)

The program is open to youth, women, and members of soldier families who are committed to serving society with discipline and professionalism.
Seva Mitras receive fixed payouts per delivery or service along with peak hour bonuses, loyalty rewards, and daily target incentives.
Yes, active Seva Mitras may receive lifetime pension bond facilities and planned insurance benefits through the Ardh Sainik Welfare Trust Network.

Customer delivery charges start from just ₹10 for household deliveries within 1 kilometer.
Yes, Night Duty services are available from 9 PM to 6 AM for safety-critical bookings and urgent support.
Abhiaya Express is a high-priority urgent delivery service designed to respond quickly, often within 30 minutes.
